Leader Training - Identifying Your Limits
The emotional equilibrium is always important in our lives. Leader Training has been, for more than 20 years, working with the human being''s emotional aspects.
As result, the participants become more conscious of their fears and capabilities, more competent to work with the stressful situations of the everyday life, to have a better connection with themselves and others.
Most of us are still not aware, but in some moment, you are a leader. And most important: you are the leader of your own life. If the things are right, congratulations!! However, if things are not going so good, it is a result of our decisions and actions.
Everything is a result of our choices and what we have in our mind and in our heart. Therefore, it is important to awake and strengthen the leader in us. To know ourselves is fundamental to have a successful growth in the world: personal, professional and financial. During the Leader Training you will awake the consciousness of the resources you already have, and learn how to use them.
Course Goals
Leader Training was created by Tadashi Kadomoto in 1978. These training program with Oriental philosophical foundations helps us to identify and unlock our limits, to awake the leader in each of us and reach emotional equilibrium.
Leader Training will work the understanding human being''s four basic emotions - fear, sadness, happiness and rage – how are those emotions present in our lives today and how we deal with them. We'll also work deeply the balance of six essential points for our health, success and happiness:
- Physical
- Spiritual and/or intellectual
- Social
- Family
- Economical / financial and/or professional
- Ecological
Target audience
Adults 18 years and older. Pregnant woman not allowed.
Length of the course:
Three days: beginning at 08:59PM and ends at 10:00PM on the third day.
