When I loved myself in truth...
When I loved myself in truth, I understood that in any circumstance, I was in the right place, on time, in the exact moment. From then, I could relax.
Today I know that that has name... Self-esteem. When I loved myself of truth, I could notice that my anguish, my emotional suffering, doesn't pass of a sign that am going against my truths.
Today I know that that is... Authenticity. When I loved myself of truth, I stopped wanting my life to be different and I began to see that everything that happens contributes for my growth.
Today I call that of... Ripening. When I loved myself of truth, I began to notice how it is offensive to try to force some situation or somebody just to accomplish that that desire, same knowing that is not the moment or the person is not prepared, besides me even.
Today I know that the name of that is... Respect. When I loved myself of truth began getting rid of everything that was not healthy... People, tasks, everything and any thing that put down. At the beginning my reason called that attitude of selfishness.
Today I know that he/she calls himself... Self-respect. When I loved myself of truth, I stopped fearing my free time and I gave up on doing great plans, I abandoned the big projects of future.
Today I do what find certain, which taste, when I want and in my own rhythm
Today I know that that is... Simplicity. When I loved myself of truth, I gave up on always wanting to have reason and, with that, I wandered many less times.
Today I discovered the... Humility. When I loved myself of truth, I gave up on being reliving the past and of worrying with the future. Now, I stay in the present, that is where the life happens.
Today alive a day of every time. That is...Fullness. When I loved myself of truth, I noticed that my mind can worry and to disappoint me. But when I put her/it to service of my heart, her if it turns a big and valuable allied.
All this is... To know to live!!!
